In a world that asks us to do more, to consume more, push harder, many of us are living in a state of chronic stress with our even realising it.
Exhaustion, anxiety, sleep disturbances, digestive issues, burnout and emotional overwhelm have become our daily experience.
These symptoms are not signs of broken or failing bodies but messages that are calling to us to listen.
My work is centred around helping people reconnect with their body, regulate the nervous system and return to balance through an integrative approach that combines Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, acupuncture, yoga, meditation and embodied lifestyle practices.
My approach
After working for more than eight years as a Registered Nurse in Emergency Medicine, I began exploring traditional medicine systems and contemplative practices as a deeper way of understanding stress, burnout and healing.
